Rates are calculated and charged from depot to depot.

Insurance does not cover personal property.

Chauffeur drive is VAT exempt.

Rates excluded any accessories i.e. trailers.

Rates valid from January 2025 until further notice, rates will be charged as per the ruling petrol price.

Cancellation fee equal to the transfer cost will be charged if the chauffeur has been dispatched. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation handling fee if the chauffeur has not been dispatched.

Rates valid between 05:00 and 20:00. Before & after hours surcharge of R50.00 will apply per transfer.

Hourly charge for chauffeur only R140.00.

Rates are per vehicle and include the vehicle and chauffeur, fuel, mileage as stipulated and insurance.
